- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records of all sea import documentation, ensuring that information is readily accessible for auditing purposes.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on changes to import regulations and ensure that all documentation processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any discrepancies or challenges related to sea import documentation promptly and effectively, collaborating with relevant parties to find solutions.
- **Customer Service**: Provide support to customers regarding documentation requirements and shipment status updates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency, implementing changes as necessary to enhance overall effectiveness.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
