1. Develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new contracts for Job consultancy firm as per targets /per year.

2. Identifying new business opportunities.

3. Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive job consulting deals.

4. Making business plans, customized presentations & proposals.

5. Analyzing latest trend of the market in terms of job consulting Services.

6. Designing Strategy for Sales Team Developing & Managing Strategic Accounts in the assigned Region.

7. Renewal of existing Accounts Strategy, Business Plan & Road map.

8. Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.

9. Weekly review of the sales activity in the branch with corrective actions.

10. Generating leads and prospects.

11. Must have Two /four wheeler.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
