**Qualification**: Fireman must have minimum qualification of 12th pass and have 6 month’s certificate/diploma course in fire safety from an institution recognised by central or state government, (qualification certificate to enclosed).

**Experience**: Fireman should have experience of at least 2 years as fireman in high rise building / mall (experience certificate to be enclosed).

**Skills required**: Fireman must possess the following job skills
- Operation and Maintenance of fire extinguishers.
- Operation and Maintenance of fire hydrant, sprinkler system, hose-reel and its accessories.
- Operation of fire pumps.
- Able to wear, operate and maintain self-contained breathing apparatus set.
- Able to operate, monitor and test fire detection & alarm system.
- Able to operate, monitor and test public address system.

**Responsibilities**: Fireman will be responsible for below listed activities.
- Maintenance of installed fire protection and prevention systems.
- Emergency response & fire fighting in case of fire emergency.
- Conduct Evacuation drill of Building.
- Training of guards on fire safety.
- Inspection of hot work area.
- Enforcement of suitable PPE at the site.
- Ensuring appropriate signage’s (no smoking, floor signs, panic bar, floor layout, exit signage, assembly area) are available in good condition.
- Ensuring all emergency exits, escape routes and assembly area is clear from any obstacles.
- To be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same.
- Maintaining records of fire system.
- Ensure with help of maintenance team that fire pumps are in working condition and on Auto mode
- Ensure all fire extinguishers are inspected on monthly basis and record should be maintained.
- Check all fire hydrants and Hose reel hose on monthly basis and record should be maintained.
- Ensure Fire water tanks are always 100% filled.
- Check detectors and manual call point on monthly basis & record to be maintained.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
