**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Fresher. The Business Development Executive - Fresher will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and networking. The Business Development Executive - Fresher will also assist in creating marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful prospecting of potential clients.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Ambitious and self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
