You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in “Testing”**.** You have found the right team.

As a Testing professional within our dynamic team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all technology components of diverse and complex automation projects, focusing on execution, timing, functionality, and quality.
- Communicate with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
- Contribute to the formulation of strategies for project leadership and other functional areas.
- Produce metrics, KPIs, and analyses to assist the team in making data-driven automation decisions.
- Design and implement effective solutions to automate, capture, collate, store, and maintain real-time test data for validation, progress measurement, and performance in change delivery.
- Define and implement data validation approaches to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards, monitoring data integrity, standards, and consistency through iterative testing, especially when integrating new features.
- Manage datasets for automation testing and those provided or used by vendors.
- Lead the automation testing effort on a day-to-day basis.
- Identify opportunities for testing automation and synergies within the project.
- Ensure adherence to firm-wide standards, controls, and governance of intelligent automation solutions.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.**
- Bachelor's or higher degree.
- Over 8 years of experience in test design, execution, and management within the financial services industry, supporting multiple lines of business.
- Expertise in architecting, developing, and maintaining innovative test automation environments, including automation test framework design and development.
- Proficient in hands-on automation testing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Groovy, and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
- Proficient in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Experience in API testing, including designing, executing, and validating test cases to ensure robust integration and functionality.
- Strong expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and adaptability to evolving methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Functional knowledge of Client Onboarding
- Expertise in Java programming and able to write VB & Java scripting with Python as added advantage.
- Knowledge of HTML5, AngularJS, and ReactJS UI.
