**Job Description School Co-Ordinator (CBSE )**

**Qualification: M.A/M.Com/M.SC/M.C.A with 2 years experience in a CBSE School.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**
- **Curriculum Development**: Work with teachers and academic staff to develop, implement, and evaluate the school's curriculum in line with CBSE guidelines.
- **Assessment and Examination**: Oversee the planning and execution of examinations, assessments, and report card preparation as per CBSE norms.
- **Professional Development**: Facilitate ongoing professional development programs for teachers to enhance their skills and keep them updated on educational trends.

**Administrative Management**
- **Admission Process**: Supervise the admission process, ensuring compliance with CBSE guidelines, and coordinate with admission committees.
- **Time Table and Scheduling**: Develop and manage the school timetable, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
- **Classroom Management**: Ensure classrooms are well-equipped and conducive to learning. Address any issues related to classroom management.

**Student Welfare**:

- **Student Discipline**: Implement and enforce disciplinary policies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- **Counseling**: Coordinate counseling services for students, addressing academic and personal concerns.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Oversee and encourage student participation in extracurricular activities, including sports, arts, and cultural events.

**Parental Communication**:

- **Parent-Teacher Meetings**: Organize and participate in regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress, address concerns, and promote parental involvement.
- **Communication**: Foster effective communication between the school and parents through newsletters, meetings, and other means.

**Staff Management**:

- **Recruitment**: Participate in the recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Conduct performance evaluations for teachers and provide constructive feedback.

**Compliance with CBSE Guidelines**:

- **Record Keeping**:

- **Resource Allocation**:

- **Community Relations**

**Should be well versed in CBSE related work ; Submitting of LOC and student registrations, communicating cbse circulars and other information to management, keeping track of affiliation and other information.**
- Coordinating the implementation of curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with the board’s guidelines and standards.
- Maintaining records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Acting as a liaison between the school and the CBSE, facilitating communication and information exchange.
- Ensuring that the school follows CBSE guidelines, rules, and regulations to maintain its affiliation with the board.
- Preparing and submitting various reports to the CBSE as required.
