Grey Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the production of grey fabric, including scheduling, quality control, and resource management.
- Ensure that production targets are met within the specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet company specifications and customer requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, procurement, and logistics, to optimize production processes and resolve any operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels, and quality control documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,144.93 - ₹37,621.41 per month
