**Inside Sales Executive (B2B) sales**

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, social selling, and networking, to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budgets, timelines, and fit with our products or services.

Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings, effectively addressing client pain points and requirements.
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Tailor sales pitches and presentations to align with the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.

Relationship Building and Account Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their business goals and challenges.
Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
Collaborate with the account management team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Sales Pipeline Management:Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and key performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.
Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies to optimize conversion rates and improve overall sales performance.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market intelligence.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers at various levels of seniority.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities effectively.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales process and the ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer needs and market dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
