**Responsibilities**:
Respond to Queries and Feedback:
Address customer queries and feedback promptly across different platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Customer Research Calls:
Conduct research calls with various user groups to gather insights and feedback on their experiences with our app and products.
Playstore Reviews:
Collect and respond to Playstore reviews, addressing any concerns and highlighting positive feedback.
Manage Communication Channels:
Handle inbound and outbound communication across various channels, ensuring all customer interactions are managed efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple communication channels.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
