Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist online customer in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Perform basic clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Manage and coordinate Vendors, meetings.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Punctuality and commitment to meeting deadlines.
