Marketplace Expert:
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Marketplace Strategy:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for each marketplace, considering the unique requirements and algorithms of each platform.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

Listing Optimization:

- Create compelling product listings with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Utilize SEO strategies to improve product discoverability and ranking on marketplace search results.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance overall performance.

Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and product assortment.
- Develop strategies to differentiate our products and stay ahead of the competition.

Inventory Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and manage overstock situations.
- Implement efficient order fulfillment processes and maintain accurate product information.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer feedback into the overall marketplace strategy.

Compliance and Policies:

- Stay informed about marketplace policies, terms of service, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all listings and activities adhere to the guidelines of each marketplace.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall e-commerce performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in managing and optimizing online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce landscape.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
