Maintanance Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, including equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair tasks.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.

*Implement and manage the preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel facilities and equipment to ensure efficient functioning and minimize breakdowns.
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and plumbers.

*Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team members adhere to safety standards and hotel policies.

*Maintain records of all repairs, maintenance work, and service agreements.

*Prepare periodic maintenance reports and present updates to the management.

*Respond to urgent maintenance requests and address any emergencies like equipment breakdowns or safety hazards promptly.

*Monitor and suggest improvements in energy usage to ensure the hotel operates efficiently while reducing utility costs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
