**Reporting To-**

Report directly to the Admin & HR Head.

**Co-ordination With-**

Will co-ordinate with Respective Managers/HOD’s Office Head, HR & other Stake holders.

**Will Be In charge/Responsible for**

Front Desk Operations, Hospitality management, Internal & External communication.

**General Administration-**
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
- Daily Attendance tracking and report generation on Register or excel and updating to HR Department accordingly
- Greeting and welcoming clients & visitors in a professional manner.
- Responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assisting visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars for appointments and schedule meetings (online & offline).
- Booking on Conference / Meeting room availability in advance.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs related to Reception & Hospitality.
- Maintain office supplies inventory like stationary, Pantry requirement, etc and place orders when necessary
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and documentation of required files.
- All other tasks assigned by Site Manager for administration purpose.

Pay: ₹9,647.09 - ₹25,156.44 per month
