We're seeking a Creative Copywriter with expertise in short-form writing, creative storytelling, script writing, and campaign creativity to join our team and elevate our brand presence across social media and marketing channels. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:
**Content Creation**:
- Produce captivating and concise content that embodies our brand voice and messaging across social media platforms and various forms of marketing material- Develop engaging scripts for video content and multimedia campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

**Content Strategy**:
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all social media channels.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to inform content strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

**Campaign Ideation**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative campaigns and content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.- Generate fresh ideas and concepts that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our audience's culture, humor, and pain points.

**Audience Connection**:
- Dive deep into our target audience's culture, language, and preferences to create content that speaks directly to them, incorporating inside jokes and cultural references.- Master the art of grabbing attention and crafting copy that prompts action and conversion, while maintaining authenticity and resonance with our audience.

**Conversion Optimization**:
- Focus on developing copy to drive action and conversion, whether it's encouraging clicks, sign-ups, or purchases.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate conversion-focused messaging and calls-to-action into content across all channels.

**Qualities We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience as a creative copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in short-form writing, creative storytelling, script writing, and campaign ideation.- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, with a track record of creating engaging content that drives audience engagement and brand loyalty.- Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different platforms and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.- Strong research skills and a knack for staying informed about pop culture & industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Brownie points: An interest in health & fitness.

**Experience & Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples. Brownie points if you can validate your work with the right stats and numbers. Show us the impact your words have had.

Extra brownie points if you have worked in the health & fitness industry or have agency experience.
