Associate Ciso

**Job brief**:

- We are looking for an **Associate CISO / Compliance Auditor** to implement & manage Information security & Cybersecurity compliances i.e., ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015, NIST etc. for internal and at client location.
- To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions. You should be familiar with different standards, their applicability and risk management.
- You should be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Your goal will be to ensure fulfilment of all required compliance while meeting business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- This role is for implementation and managing Information security & Cybersecurity for **internal** and at **client location** with the work division ration of **20%** and **80%** respectively
- Understand the client requirement and suggest the applicable compliance(s)
- Define the policy framework and draft required documents
- Implement effective Information security & Cybersecurity compliance program
- Create sound internal controls and monitoring program adherence to them
- Review and revise documentation as per the compliance requirement and inline to company policy
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
- Evaluate business activities (e.g., investments) to assess compliance risk
- Collaborate with external auditors
- Compliance training to internal and external team

**Education background, Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a fulltime Lead Auditor / Auditor / Associate CISO / CISO Analyst
- Certified Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor
- Familiar with Information security & Cybersecurity compliances
- Basic qualification: Computer engineering / MCA / BCA / MSC IT / BSC IT or other relevant course
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: From ₹600,000.00 per year
