Solar Sales Coordinator

Our Sales department is in search of a Solar Sales Coordinator to be a part of our team. You should be able to meet and communicate with customers in-store as well as at the site locations(If required). Besides, you should also be able to suggest solar systems to customers based on their needs and budget.
As a Solar Sales Coordinator, you should have complete knowledge of various solar equipment and systems. Moreover, you should be able to provide customers with quotes, shipping charges, and any other tax related information. You should also be able to keep the customers up-to-date about any promotional offers and launches.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support & Co-ordination with Sales Team
- Maintain Sales MIS & Stock Data updating
- Monitor progress of the client’s project
- Team building for sales function.
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
