**Skills And Responsibilities**:
- must have relevant dispatch experience
- Prior experience in Customer Service
- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
