Prt Maths Teacher

**Curriculum Implementation**: Design and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate mathematics lessons for students at the primary level (typically grades 1-5), following the school's curriculum standards and educational objectives.
- **Instruction**: Conduct interactive and differentiated mathematics classes that cater to diverse learning needs and styles, fostering conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and mathematical reasoning among students.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to mathematical exploration and discovery, managing classroom routines, transitions, and student behavior effectively.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer assessments (including quizzes, tests, and informal observations) to assess student understanding and progress in mathematics, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide additional assistance and support to students who require remediation or enrichment in mathematics, offering small group instruction, one-on-one tutoring, or targeted intervention strategies as needed.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress, achievements, and areas for growth in mathematics, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in mathematics education, including new teaching strategies, instructional resources, and assessment techniques.
- **Integration of Technology**: Incorporate technology tools and resources effectively into mathematics instruction, using educational software, interactive whiteboards, and online resources to enhance student learning and engagement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, grade-level teams, and school administrators to coordinate instructional activities, share resources, and support the overall goals of the mathematics program and school community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure appropriate for primary education.
- Prior experience teaching mathematics at the primary level preferred.
- Strong content knowledge in mathematics concepts and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young learners.
- Ability to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and perseverance in mathematics.
- Commitment to fostering a growth mindset and a love for learning in students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
