**Compensation : Upto 6 LPA+Incentives Max hike can only be upto 30% on previous or current fixed salary.**

**Working Days : Monday to Saturday**

**Interview Rounds : Two Round 1 : Telephonic screening call from HR then a Round 2 : Walkin interview in the preferred location office address itself.**

**REQUIREMENTS**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Connecting with minimum 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on leadsquared CRM

Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of upskilling depending on the student’s area of interest Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling & create a strong pipeline
- Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target

**ADDITIONAL DETAILS**:

- Remuneration - Ranging from 4 LPA to 6. LPA Fixed + Incentives
- Working days - Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Central, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
