Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Site Supervisor to join our firm based out of South Delhi. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities, ensuring the successful execution of interior design projects. You will collaborate closely with the project team, including designers, contractors, and clients, to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure the smooth execution of interior design projects.
- Manage and oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project team and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any construction-related issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret and implement design plans accurately.
- Coordinate with clients to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Maintain documentation related to site activities, including reports, drawings, and permits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and designers.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship.
- Proficient in interpreting and implementing design plans.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
