This team tells the story of our value proposition to our partners by way of- business reviews andrelationships, bridged by data and results. Ultimately, the goal is to- make Simpl an essentialpart of our partner’s growth and success. In the long term, success- for this team means, both merchant and Simpl growth. The merchant sees value with- consultative advice from the Partner success manager on different aspects of business- growth to delight customers.In the process, Simpl identifies lever to improve share of- wallet with the merchant.**Responsibilities**
- Your role will be to:
- Handhold and monitor partner/merchant launch process after account assignment to
- ease them into the Simpl ecosystem- Be one point of contact for all L1 merchant queries, handle common queries of
- merchants and help them understand various aspects of merchant dashboard,- CoD/RTO enablement- Proactively sharing all the communications about events, sales, and other activities
- with relevant merchants- Sync with brand ops for basic issue resolution, queries, data retrieving etc for the
- merchants- Coordinate with Category team on closures of app related visibility inputs (discovery,- Coordinate with Categoryand PSM team on offer closure, offer go live, CTA changes
- and offer CTA integration- Proactively engage the analytics team with suggestions and feedback on new
- merchantinsights and maintain internal data reporting trackers for PS team- Help the PSM team with day to day internal activities like offer creation, inputs closure,
- MDR data changes etc- Help merchants on various finance related queries like settlement reports, MDR details
- etc- Grow within the PS team with time and handle small merchants

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**
- 1-2 years' experience in operations
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Non-negotiable).
- Experience with fintech or ecommerce and a robust understanding of the- paymentlandscape is a huge plus- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention
