Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team and sell our laptop and IT hardware rental subscriptions to companies, corporates, and businesses in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Nurture existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular contact.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine clients' requirements and recommend appropriate rental solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery and installation of rental equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company's rental services.
- Travel to client offices within Kolkata and its surrounding areas to meet with clients and close deals.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
