**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital video content projects from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with creative teams, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure the vision is translated effectively.

2. Onsite Requirement:

- Play a crucial role during shoot times by being onsite to oversee production activities.
- Coordinate with the production crew, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.

3. Content Development:

- Work closely with content creators/Scriptwriters/Directors to develop engaging and innovative ideas for digital video content.
- Provide input on scripts, storyboards, and creative elements to enhance overall production quality.

4. Budgeting and Resource Management:

- Develop and manage budgets for each project/content, ensuring cost-effective production.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and locations, to meet project requirements.

5. Quality Control:

- Ensure that all content meets high-quality standards and aligns with the company's creative vision.
- Oversee post-production processes to guarantee timely delivery of finalized content.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and requirements effectively to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or similar role in digital video content production.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with video production equipment and technology.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work onsite during shoot times in Kochi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
