**Purpose of the role**
To serve quality food and beverages to customers, as required, during meal service to meet the demands of customers ensuring items are replenished and portion control is exercised in line with the Catering Operations Policy.
**Key Accountabilities**
- To ensure fixtures, fittings, and all equipment and the areas associated with the catering function (Dining Room, Kitchen, Serveries) are kept clean, tidy and useable in accordance with the Catering Operations Policy and Food Hygiene Regulations to ensure an excellent standard of hygiene is maintained at all times.
- Supervise the activity at designated areas timely service of B/f ,Tea ,Lunch ,Dinner Shop Tea as per site operation requirement.
- To serve food, supervise and assist in general catering operation/duties.
- Work in accordance with Health and Safety Statutory regulations and procedures.
- Ensure customers are treated with politeness and courtesy at all times, and maintain healthy customer-staff relationship.
- Act as relief steward when required.
- Undertake training as required.
- Take daily briefing & de-briefing of mess boys & pantry boys.
- Check for hygiene & grooming of service staff.
- Maintain all service ware, Equipment, utensils & related check sheets of cleaning & hygiene.
- Daily meeting with executive, chef & unit manager.
- Daily update of all the sales.
- Periodic inventory of all crockery, cutlery & service gears.
- Making duty roaster for service staff.

**Qualification**
- Minimum qualification should be SSC or Higher secondary Or Graduate of any stream
- Minimum of three years of experience in similar industry on same or below one level post i.e. Steward or Pantry Boy.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
