**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive online English courses for Grade +1 and +2 students, covering a range of advanced topics in literature, writing, and language arts.
- Design engaging and interactive lessons, discussions, and activities that promote critical thinking, literary analysis, and effective communication skills.
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them improve their reading, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Utilize online teaching platforms and tools to facilitate instruction, collaboration, and communication with students and parents.
- Foster a collaborative and inquiry-based learning environment where students feel motivated, challenged, and supported in their exploration of English literature and language.
- Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement intervention strategies as needed to support student success.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to provide updates on student progress, assignments, and upcoming assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and achievement and promote a culture of literary and linguistic inquiry.
- Stay updated on curriculum standards, educational trends, and best practices in English instruction to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and ongoing training to improve teaching skills and stay current with advancements in English education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English to high school students, preferably in an online or virtual learning environment.
- Expertise in teaching advanced English concepts and preparing students for higher-level English courses and standardized tests.
- Strong understanding of curriculum standards and pedagogical approaches for teaching English at the high school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in an online setting.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, tools, and resources to deliver effective instruction and assessment.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student learning and achievement in English.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic online learning environment.
