Join Our Team as an OTHM Trainer

Are you passionate about education and skilled in delivering high-quality training? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an OTHM Trainer. As an accredited training provider, we offer a range of OTHM qualifications to students worldwide, and we're looking for a talented trainer to help us deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for OTHM qualifications, ensuring that course content is delivered effectively and meets the learning objectives.
- Develop and customize training materials, resources, and assessments to support the delivery of OTHM courses.
- Provide guidance and support to students, facilitating their learning and development throughout the duration of the course.
- Assess student progress and performance, providing feedback and guidance to help students achieve their learning goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in OTHM education, incorporating new methodologies and techniques into training delivery as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve the quality of our training programs and services.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a relevant qualification in education, training, or a related field.
- Possess a recognized OTHM qualification or have extensive experience working with OTHM qualifications.
- Proven experience delivering training or teaching in a classroom or online setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of varying backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver training sessions.
- Commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students, with a focus on student success and achievement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
