**About this opportunity**:
(The Driver - Operational Excellence Programs for Service Line Operate Service Management is a key Individual Contributor position reporting to the Head/Manager of Service Architecture.

The Driver - Operational Excellence Programs supports in implementing the basic structure for internal operational excellence initiatives & providing visibility of progress against laid out targets. Collaborating closely with the other Heads of Department and Individual Contributors to ensure E2E strategy and success of the initiatives. escribe the Job Summary here)

**Position: Driver - Operational Excellence Programs**:
**What you will do **:
**On a day-to-day basis, you will work on tasks such as**:

- Drive and support prioritized internal initiatives in the team like competence drives, mandatory trainings, utilization, billability etc.
- Set up a regular reporting structure for all these initiatives & follow up with respective managers via structured governances around the same.
- Ensure SM targets for these initiatives are convincingly met ahead of time.
- Conduct audits related to ISO controls within the SM organization & ensure/drive compliance.
- Support the Head of Service Architecture in presenting the accurate status in different governance fora.
- Support the Head of Service Architecture and Service Operations Governance on Service issues both internally and in customer meetings.
- Drive prioritized improvement initiatives in key strategic and operational areas.
- Monitor & track corrective & preventive actions identified, communicated & followed through with the relevant owners.
- Carry out Service Management audits to see opportunities for the use of automation, analytics or AI modeling
- Responsible for adherence to Service Line Operate Ways of Working, Processes, and Tools;
- Responsible for following service delivery quality strategy and culture
- Responsible for adherence to country/local policies (ex. security, trade, travel, OHS).

**1.1 Business Competence**:

- Knowledge and experience with ISO/IEC 27k family of standards
- Strong knowledge on Ericsson Policies, Directives, and Guidelines.
- Strong knowledge on Ericsson’s business environment.
- Excellent English language skills oral and written.
- Strong Content Writing & Power Point skills.
- Driven by the following behaviours: Data driven, Agile, Value Focus, Innovation
- Competence Management
- Resource Management
- Driving some improvement projects
- Drive Strategic Learning Program
- Support on Audits, As per ISO/IEC 27k align the documents.
- Good to have Telecom Background.

- Ability to simplify, good sense for details as well.
- Performance and Results oriented with good skills in working with people of different levels of seniority.

**Qualifications**:

- BE/ B.Tech (Telecommunication/ Computer Science) / MBA

**Industry experience**:

- Years of experience: 3-7 years and above.
