Back Office Excutive

Handle the processing and settlement of trades, including equity, bonds, and derivatives.
- Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve any issues with counterparties.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions to the relevant systems.
*Data Management:*
- Maintain and update records of transactions, client accounts, and investment portfolios.
- Manage databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate reports on portfolio performance, transactions, and other key metrics.
3. *Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:*
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SEBI, RBI).
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the office’s processes are
updated accordingly.
4. *Reconciliation:*
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash, securities, and trades.
- Resolve any discrepancies in account balances and ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Support to Front Office:*
- Provide administrative support to traders, portfolio managers, and analysts.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with the front office to ensure the smooth execution of investment strategies.
6. *Risk Management:*
- Monitor operational risk and implement procedures to mitigate potential risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies.
*Client Reporting and Communication:*
- Prepare and distribute client statements, investment reports, and other communications.
- Handle client inquiries related to account information, transactions, and other
administrative matters.
*Technology and Systems Support:*
- Ensure the smooth operation of investment management systems and software.
- Coordinate with IT to resolve system issues and implement new technologies.
*Document Management:*
- Manage the filing and archiving of documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance
with record-keeping policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
*General Administrative Duties:*
- Assist with office management tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars,
and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
