School Principal

Job Summary:
The Principal serves as the administrative and academic leader of the school, responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, curriculum development, faculty management, student affairs, and maintaining high educational standards in line with CBSE guidelines. The Principal reports directly to the School Board/Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement the school's educational mission, goals, objectives, and strategic plans in alignment with CBSE norms
- Oversee academic programs, quality of instruction, curriculums, and teaching methodologies across all grades to ensure adherence to CBSE standards
- Hire, manage, evaluate, and provide guidance to teachers and staff to build an effective and motivated team
- Establish policies and procedures to maintain discipline and ensure the health, safety, and security of students, faculty, and staff
- Promote an environment that fosters excellence and achievement through active engagement with students, parents, teachers, and community
- Manage and oversee the school's budget, financial planning, and administrative operations efficiently and transparently
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, CBSE guidelines, and school policies related to academics, infrastructure, and administration
- Represent the school at various forums and establish collaborative relationships with educational boards, stakeholders, and community leaders

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A Master's degree or higher in Education/School Administration or a relevant field from a recognized university
- CBSE approved eligibility conditions with a minimum of 10 years' teaching experience, including 5 years in administration/academic leadership roles
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse stakeholder groups
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE rules, regulations, curriculum frameworks, and the latest trends in education
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in computer skills and digital literacy to leverage technology in education
- Passion for education, student development, and commitment to upholding ethical standards and values

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
