**Education**: BE/Diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
- **Experience**: Extensive experience 7-10 YEARS in operating and programming CNC machines, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), CAD/CAM software, and reading technical drawings.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Shop Management**:

- Oversee and manage all operations within the CNC machine shop, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of machinists, operators, and support staff.
- Allocate workload and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
- **Programming and Setup**:

- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines as needed.
- Ensure CNC programs are correctly written and optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues as they arise.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify dimensional accuracy and quality of machined parts.
- Address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- **Maintenance and Repair**:

- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities for CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform or oversee repairs as necessary.
- Ensure proper calibration of tools and equipment.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, tooling, and consumables required for machining operations.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine utilization, and quality metrics.
- Generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and downtime analysis.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training and guidance to CNC operators and machinists on machine operation, programming, and safety procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
