**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, schedules, and learning materials aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Select and utilize a variety of teaching resources to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- **Student-Centric Approach**:
- Analyze the needs, interests, strengths, and weaknesses of students to tailor lesson plans accordingly.
- Maintain a weekly academic work log to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Progress Monitoring**:
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to ensure academic growth.
- Communicate with the school principal and coordinators regarding students who may require additional support.
- **Quality Assessment**:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and propose relevant learning aids to enhance the learning experience.
- **Professional Development**:
- Attend school meetings, staff training sessions, conferences, and other continuous learning programs to stay updated on educational best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PGT Teacher with a focus on Chemistry.
- Strong understanding of progressive teaching methods and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to address diverse learning styles.
