**JD Service Delivery Manager**

**_ Job Description:_**
- Bachelors / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management with 10-14 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Financial/ Performance Reporting OR Regulatory/Statutory Reporting. Professional degree such as CA, ICWA, CFA would be an added advantage. Responsible for managing multiple processes within large business operations
- Sound knowledge of financial markets/financial accounting/reporting and web research
- Expertise in General ledger accounting / Reporting & NAV Calculations
- Good Knowledge of Private Equity Fund of Funds, Hedge and Mutual Funds is desirable
- Ensure all supervisory responsibilities are carried out as per stakeholder requirements

**_ Finance Ops/Accounting & Reporting:_**
- Ensure all reconciliation are performed as per agreed process guidelines and all manual journal entries should have apt approvals & back up.
- Interact with the internal and external auditors to explicate the process flow and controls that exist, supply back up documents and reports and help them conduct a walk-through of the processes.
- Adopt industry best practices in the organization and recommend effective customized client solutions for Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed asset accounting.
- Benchmark client Procure 2Pay metrics with best-in-class metrics and suggest improvement to client.
- Interpret and access the ongoing regulatory changes and suggest the implications on Reporting requirements.
- Adopt industry best practices in the organization and recommend effective customized client solutions for Reporting.
- Consolidate various reporting requirement and reduce report inventory.
- Connect with clients to understand for any quality and timelines for Adhoc deliverables.
- Ensure all supervisory responsibilities are carried out as per client requirements.
- Ensure all reporting tasks are performed as per agreed process guidelines.
- Closely track changes advised and suggest improvements to enhance the report quality and timelines.

**_ Operational Responsibilities:_**
- Effectively manage process during crisis (BCP)
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Highlights reporting with commentaries
- Adherence to internal/external TAT & compliance requirements
- Flexible to work in multiple roles (IC/TM) and time zones
- Manage attrition through skip level meetings planning interventions engagement calendars
- Identify & drive productivity improvements, automations & value adds for clients
- Maintain EWS (Early warning system) and proactively address people issues
- Manage employee retention and engagement
