Sds Coder

Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures, using ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes
- Ensure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with official coding guidelines
- Follow up with the provider on any documentation that is insufficient or unclear
- Familiar with coding right diagnosis related to Surgery coding.
- Receive and review patient charts and documents for accuracy
- Ensure that all codes are current and active

**Requirements -**
- Graduate/Post-graduate preferably in life/medical sciences
- Experience in E&M, ED, Ambulatory, Surgery, Inpatient DRG coding, Chemotherapy, Observation Coding.
- AAPC or AHIMA certification is mandatory
- Proficient with computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Experience -**
- Minimum 2 years in SDS (Same day Surgery)

**Salary**: ₹136,099.67 - ₹677,231.74 per year
