**Qualifications**:

- Good understanding of company law, corporate governance, and secretarial practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Inter Company Secretary is preferable with minimum one year of experience
- JD:

- Incorporation of company under the companies Act,2013
- Preparing Notices, Director reports, Resolutions & minutes of AGM, EGM, BM, and committees meeting
- Annual Filing of the company and filing necessary compliance with ROC.
- Liaisoning with registrar of company’s office, Ahmedabad
- Drafting of Resolutions under the companies Act, 2013/1956.
