**Your responsibilities**:

- You will ensure the smooth operation of technology for all our employees in Mumbai, Berlin, and New York.
- You will support the administration of our back-office IT, including Windows servers and clients, Linux servers, Docker clusters, IP networks, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 suite and more.
- You will use your technical expertise to support your colleagues in their day-to-day work, both in person and remotely, and help new colleagues with a smooth technical onboarding.
- You contribute relevant information to our knowledge base.
- Manage all technical requirements to ensure your colleagues in all locations can work together efficiently and move easily between offices.
- You install hardware and software and organize the supply of technical consumables.
- You will be pivotable on general information security issues and take these into consideration when implementing new features.
- Using your experience and knowledge, you will participate in a variety of complex IT projects that impact the entire organization and explore the benefits of cutting-edge technology.

**Your profile**:

- You have 4-6 years of experience.
- You have a solid education in information technology, e.g. as a qualified IT specialist.
- You have experience in 1st, 2nd and ideally 3rd level support or full system administration.
- You have good knowledge of heterogeneous client/server environments such as Windows, Linux, and Mac, as well as IP networks including VPN, firewall & routing.
- You are familiar with Microsoft 365, including Intune and Defender, Atlassian Confluence & Jira and are keen to work with a ticketing system (Jira).
- Ideally, you will have experience managing various Linux and Docker-based services, as well as Git, PowerShell, and basic Python experience.
- You are a natural problem solver, always thinking about how to do things differently and trying to solve problems without close supervision.
- Ideally used to work in an ISO 27001/ SOC 2 certified environment.
