**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Position Title: Design Coordinator

2. **JOB PURPOSE**:

- Coordination with the Architects and Consultants
- Drafting drawings based on design inputs and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
- Processing Environmental Clearance (EC), CTE and CTO
- Green Building Certification

3. **JOB DIMENSIONS**:
Direct Reports: COO Overall Reporting to :COO

Number of staff supervised

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
**Description **Performance Indicators

Due Diligence:

- Coordination with all the consultants and processing the concerned bills
- Collecting and processing information for EC, CTE AND **Ensuring seamless Coordination with stakeholders**

CTO

**Documentation**:

- Preparation of Layouts, sectional drawings
- Preparation of detailed drawings **Ensuring seamless construction and issuing drawings in**:

- Green building Documentation timely manner as and when required

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely Design team, architects, consultants **On time follow up and updates. and contractors ** Error free drafting

Risk Management
- Ensure clear drawings with top notch detailing

Compliance**:Ensure compliance**
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place

S. JOB CONTEXT:

- Drafting drawings based on design inputs and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
- Issuing architectural and Plumbing, Landscape drawings based on the design scheme.
- Perform calculations for layouts and designs and assist in design computations and cost estimates.
- Maintain records of drawing transmittals and revision details
- Coordination for CTO, CTE AND EC
- Green Building certification Document coordination

7. QUALIFICATIONS, **EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:
Minimum Qualification: B.Arch / B.E/B.Tech

Minimum Experience : Minimum of 2 -3 Years’ Experience

Job Specific Skills:

- 3d.
- IT S avvy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Should be able to write reports, prepare design presentations and other documents.

- Communication skills: must be orally articulate, have good written communication skills and be a good listener.
- Logical Reasoning: Demonstrate the ability to draw reasonable, logical conclusions or assumptions from limited information.
- Research skills: Demonstrate the ability to research quickly and effectively to understanding needs of the stakeholders and to workout legal strategies.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
