**Job Description: Farm Security Guard**

**Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu**

Are you a vigilant and responsible individual with a passion for ensuring the safety and security of others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our farm as a Security Guard. We are currently hiring two Security Guards to protect our farm located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. This position offers an attractive fixed salary with accommodation and provides a crucial role in safeguarding our farm and its assets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Farm Security:

- Monitor and patrol the farm premises regularly to prevent unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
- Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or security concerns to the farm management promptly.

2. Access Control:

- Control the entry and exit of vehicles, visitors, and personnel to maintain farm security.
- Verify the identity of individuals before granting access.

3. Surveillance:

- Keep a watchful eye on livestock, equipment, and valuable assets.

4. Emergency Response:

- Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with emergency services when necessary.

5. Incident Reporting:

- Document and report all security-related incidents and activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records for future reference.

6. Safety Measures:

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or risks.

7. Farm Equipment Security:

- Protect and secure farm machinery, vehicles, and equipment from theft or damage.

8. Collaborative Teamwork:

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with fellow security guards, farm staff, and management to ensure a cohesive security strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Ex servicemen an added advantage
- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work long hours if required.
- Excellent observational and surveillance skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures.
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff and visitors.

**Salary**: ₹9,517.06 - ₹25,188.19 per month
