Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **inbound calls** and **warm transfer** calls from US-based customers efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customer's needs and providing accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers during each interaction.
- Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and compliance standards.
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Meet performance targets including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
**Qualifications**:
- **6 months to 1 year** of experience in an **International Voice Process** (preferably US customers).
- Strong command over the **English language** with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and with empathy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during live calls.
- Flexibility to work in **night shifts** or **US time zones**.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
