**Location: Muradnagar UP**

**Experience**: (5-10 years of experience in the latest agriculture technologies and solutions)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative farming techniques, with a focus on drip irrigation and greenhouse-controlled farming, to optimize crop yield, quality, and resource efficiency.
- Plan and manage agricultural activities, including soil preparation, seed selection, planting, irrigation scheduling, fertilization, pest and disease control, and harvesting.
- Monitor and maintain drip irrigation systems and greenhouse environments, ensuring proper functioning and adjustment of water supply, nutrient delivery, temperature, humidity, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyses of crop health, growth, and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including agronomists, researchers, and engineers, to develop and implement pilot projects.
- Train and provide guidance to farm workers on the proper operation and maintenance of drip irrigation systems, greenhouse equipment, and technology tools used in precision farming.
- Maintain accurate records of farming activities, including crop rotation, planting schedules, fertilization plans, pest and disease control measures, and yields, for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality agricultural inputs, equipment, and technologies required for drip irrigation and greenhouse-controlled farming.
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends, government policies, and best practices related to drip irrigation, greenhouse farming, and sustainable agriculture.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of (5-10) years of hands-on experience in agriculture.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of drip irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, climate control, fertigation, and precision farming technologies.
- Familiarity with the latest agricultural software, data analysis tools, and technology-driven farming solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices, environmental regulations, and health and safety guidelines in agriculture.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating leadership and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors, in varying weather conditions, and travel to different farm locations as needed.
