**Job Description: Telecalling Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lead lists or databases.
- Introduce our products/services to potential clients and explain their benefits and features.
- Answer incoming calls from interested customers and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively, addressing any doubts the customer might have.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and accurately enter relevant information into the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales representatives.
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown initial interest but haven't made a decision yet.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and appointments scheduled.
- Keep up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a telecalling or telemarketing role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and address their concerns.
- Patience and persistence when dealing with objections and rejection.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in multiple languages might be preferred, depending on the target audience.

**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
