**Job Title**: Administrative Head
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Management**:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Maintain relationships with local government agencies and community organizations as needed.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and supervise the administrative team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Organize and provide coaching, mentorship, and training to develop team skills and foster a positive work environment.
- **Financial Oversight**:
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the administrative department.
- Monitor and manage expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor payroll, budgeting, and expense management, working closely with the finance team.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative activities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all operational areas, including safety, labor laws, and environmental regulations.
- **Support to Other Departments**:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an administrative leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing administrative functions within manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in office management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to support organizational objectives.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and company-wide initiatives.
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Management**:
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
