**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents, both in digital and physical formats. Ensure that all records are updated and accurate.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff members as required.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor and process office expenses, ensuring that costs remain within the allocated budget.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
