1. Calling &Answering phones and explaining the Project details to Client.Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

2. Taking feedback after Client Visited At Site and Resolving queries and issues related to the Project and provided services.

3. Transferring Confirmation / issues calls Sometime to Reporting Manager to Handle,

4. Saving of all the Clients calls in Share Folder,
Sharing Project details Via Mail / Whatsapp

5. Taking calls and Trying best to Convert in to Productivity Lead in a professional manner. And Guiding to client to Reach at Site Carefully.

6. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

7. Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

8. Noticing and updating all the conversation in CRM,
Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
Calling active or existing Client to share updated offers,
Attending Briefing

9. Understanding the Clear expectation of clients
Taking fresh & follow-up calls of client for all the projects Taking feedback of clients once visit is done.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
