**We are looking for an insurance Business sales manager to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
- Contributing to meeting sales targets.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
- Answering customer queries.
- Mediating disputes with customers.
- Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
- Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
- Fulfil all policy requirements

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate can apply
- Age between 22 to 38 years
- Exp. Min 1 to 4 years in sales and marketing
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Be able to provide mentorship.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: From ₹345,000.00 per year
