Job Description: Pest Control Marketing and Sales Executive Position: Pest Control Marketing and Sales Executive Location: Bhopal Company: Right Pest Solution We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pest Control Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. As a Pest Control Marketing and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our pest control services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pest control services. 2. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing. 3. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our services. 4. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients outlining the scope of work and pricing. 5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. 8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pest control industry. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. 5. Knowledge of pest control products and services is a plus. 6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
