**Maintenance Scheduling & Roaster**
- Responsibility is for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment assigned to the workshop of his respective project.
- Responsibility to do in-depth analysis of breakdown and record the diagnosis for further references.
- Responsibility is to act promptly on any kind of breakdown and ensure to erase the issue in least turnaround time.
- Responsibility to create master of all the possible breakdowns and predefine turnaround time against each of the breakdown recorded in master.
- Responsibility to plan roaster for all the operational shifts of the respective project.

**Cost Optimization**
- Responsibility is to implement and monitor a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance under consultation of Head office.
- Responsibility to track the life cycle of each of the consumables and machinery items in use.
- Responsibility to track the fuel consumption and monitor opening and closing meter reading to meet the set mileage standards for the respective assets.
- Responsibility to update the technical expense sheet & update head office on daily basis.
- Responsibility to analyse the vehicle wise maintenance and breakdown cost to obtain the life cycle of respective vehicle and accordingly plan the budgets and projections.
- Responsibility to monitor all the tools and machinery being used at workshop.

**Training & development**
- Responsibility is to perform research & development on each of the spare parts being imported so that the same can be modified in house ensuring cost effectiveness and promoting make in India concept simultaneously keeping the performance and efficiency of the vehicles on priority.
- Responsibility to provide training to all the technical staff for effective maintenance system.
- Responsibility to train cross functioning department on efficient use of vehicle.
- Responsibility to track the performance of each service engineer/ technicians and identify the training needs to enhance the skill set of respective employees.
- Responsibility is to identify the talent pool of the respective project and coordinate with head office to define the succession planning.

**Risk Management**
- Responsibility is to ensure the proper handling of machines and equipment’s being used by the operators.
- Responsibility is to define standard operating procedures for all the function being performed at workshop to minimize the turnaround time of failure which may accordingly reduce the frequency of failure.
- Responsibility to analyse operator wise performance in terms of breakdown and maintenance cost and accordingly plan the feedback based on site training.
- Responsibility is to identify the non-performers & update head office to plan affirmative action’s accordingly.

**Skills**:Experience in Tata Motors Commercial & Mahindra Commercial

Exp-3 to 10 yrs.

Qualification
- B.Tech

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
