US shift voice process
- ROLE: Debt Collection Executive / Customer Sales Representative.
- SALARY: 20k to 45k plus + joining bonus
- WORKING DAYTS: 5 days working
- WORKING TIME: 8pm to 5am
- INTERVIEW TIME: 4:30pm to 6:30pm
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill.
- Responsible for corresponding with customers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- US shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
