The Graphics Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling content that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. This role involves designing graphics, editing videos, and producing creative content for both digital and print media to enhance the company's online presence and promotional campaigns.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

**Graphic Design**:

- Create eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and advertisements.
- Develop logos, brochures, banners, posters, and other visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional, instructional, and corporate purposes.
- Add effects, animations, soundtracks, and subtitles to videos to enhance their appeal.
- Create reels, teasers, and short videos for social media platforms.

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Create visuals for events, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

**Technical Operations**:

- Work with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
- Optimize files for different platforms and ensure quality across all devices.

**Project Management**:

- Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets and project files.

**Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media trends, and emerging design techniques.
- Provide suggestions to improve visual content strategies.
- **Key Skills and Qualifications**_
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Corel draw etc.) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and video editing work.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layouts.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- **Preferred Qualifications**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
