Work closely with the placement team to support the establishment and maintenance of partnerships with professional/industry organisations.
- Arrange on and off campus interviews for graduating students.
- Coordinate activities of job placement service for all students of Virohan.
- Exhibit empathy and passion to help students in the challenges they face while chasing their dream.
- Capture and share success stories of Virohan’s students & alumni on a regular basis
- Collect, organize, and analyze data for use in job placement activities.
- Interaction with the student during training phase & placement phase to set right industry expectations.
- Connect with employers and develop employment opportunities.
- Conduction of campus interview at centres.
- Ensuring overall centres internship & Placement process is smoother through the team.
- Collection of employer feedback about the placed students.
- Start and maintain relationships with employers and companies to streamline employment opportunities.
- Enthusiastically handle the day to day operations and interacting with relevant stakeholders in the organization
- Maintain an existing network of companies participating in campus recruitment and internship
