**Position description**: Leading the Fiber reliability department, Works with managers and people on CFT. Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications with operating team and devising procedures to inspect and report quality issues to ensure fiber reliability and plant Calibration

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- To Monitoring and accomplishment of day to day Fiber reliability activities
- Daily, Monthly MIS preparation. And conduct weekly and Monthly Quality meeting. Handling month end test record analysis and progress reporting
- Fiber Process /product/machine Initial and periodic qualification and Product source approval
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications with operating team and devising procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Assessing Customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
- Monitor all operations that affect quality - establishing and monitoring of raw material quality specifications with supplier
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information - Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Instrument GRR & Periodic Calibration
- In House and External Calibration

**Educational qualifications preferred**

Fully bilingual

Strong problem solving and analytical skills, (Six Sigma Yellow/ Green Belt)

Excellent computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office)

Customer oriented; meets customer needs with quality results
